Across successive Director-level roles at M&G Real Estate — previously as Head of UK Portfolio Asset Management and Head of UK Retail & Leisure — John was responsible for some of the UK's largest and most complex commercial real estate portfolios, at peak spanning more than 400 assets and exceeding £8 billion AUM.

Directed the response to a JV partner insolvency at two shopping centre destinations — resetting the JV structure to enable step-in by lenders, resulting in successful co-management and business continuity.
